Hey friend. Welcome back to Motherhood Intended. My kids are officially on summer break and I couldn't be more excited for just that, a break. Slower mornings, more quality time as a family and less driving around town doing drop-offs and pickups for school and activities. I'm sure you've seen this on social media, there have been a lot of millennials posting about giving their kids a nineties style childhood, and let me tell you, I am here for it. We're talking a summer full of playing outside, watching PBS, reading books, swimming, pizza nights, baseball games, ice cream truck visits. Remember that? This is what I want for my family this summer.

For myself, I'm honestly looking forward to a more focused pause on the podcast to prepare for exciting things ahead for you all. I honestly can't believe it, but here we are at the Season five finale, and before we go any further, I just wanna say thank you.

Thank you for listening, for sharing your stories and knowledge, for trusting me with your time and your heart. I had the honor of welcoming 12 amazing different guests onto the show this season. Plus the podcast hit the 100th episode milestone and has surpassed over 20,000 downloads. So much to celebrate.

It's truly incredible. Whether you've been here since episode one, or just started listening this season, it means the world to me to have you in this space. Season five of the podcast has been one of the most meaningful to me. When I started this show over two years ago, I was coming at it from a place of grief and overwhelm and longing for purpose outside of my own fertility journey, while also finding a way to meaningfully honor my three angel babies. I can truly say this podcast has helped change me for the better, and I only hope I've been able to also help you along the way with education, entertainment, and support. Every time you hit play on motherhood intended.

In season five, we've had conversations about surrogacy, postpartum anxiety, babies with medical needs, children's temperaments, managing screen time, autism, baby bonding, pelvic floor health, navigating infertility, and just holding onto hope in the middle of it all.

I've laughed, I've cried, and I know from your messages and reviews that many of you have too, that connection. That's the why behind all of this. To help you revisit or catch up on episodes that speak directly to what you need. I've put together a few curated Spotify playlists based on topic. So whether you're in the thick of trying to conceive, navigating a loss, considering other paths to parenthood, or really just need a reminder that you're not alone, there's a playlist for that.

This is also the perfect opportunity to send over a playlist to a friend, who really might need to hear it in this season of their life. You can find them all linked in the show notes, and I will be sharing the playlist on Instagram as well at motherhood intended so you can easily binge episodes over the summer.

And now I, I wanna share something really, really special that's been on my heart for a long time. What started as a podcast to talk honestly about the parts of motherhood and fertility that don't quite make the highlight reel has grown into so much more. As I mentioned in the last episode, I'm very excited to introduce to you your fertility village.

This is a brand new community I created for women navigating infertility, trying to conceive IVF, loss, surrogacy, or adoption. Really any family building journey that feels complicated or lonely. Inside the village, you'll find expert led webinars, heartfelt resources, community calls and events, and most importantly, a village of women who get it.

No judgment, no pressure. Just support, connection and hope. They say it takes a village to raise children. Well, I'm a firm believer that it takes a village to often have children as well, which is why I created your fertility village, a space I wish I had when I was in the thick of infertility, loss, and redefining the dream of how I'd build my family.

If your heart is saying yes, I'd love for you to be one of the first to join Head to Bit Lee slash your fertility village. That's BT ly slash your fertility village, and get on the wait list. Founding members will receive special perks and your feedback will help shape the future of the village.

So what's next? While this shorter episode is the official end of season five, the podcast definitely isn't going quiet. I'll be dropping bonus episodes throughout the summer, including sneak peaks into the village. I. Solo chats and maybe even a few surprised guest updates, and then mark your calendars because season six of motherhood intended premieres on August 21st, just in time for back to school and a fresh season of powerful conversations.

This podcast has become more than I ever imagined, and that's because of you. Your listens, your shares, your stories, they matter. They remind me that none of us are alone on this journey. Thank you for being part of the motherhood intended family. Thank you for growing this village with me, and thank you for showing up even when it's hard.

Until next time, I'm Jacqueline, and this is motherhood intended.
